Brand identity & logo design
A brand identity is how people recognise you before they read a word: the logo, the colours, the type, and the way they come together on a sign, a cup, a menu or a post.
I design identities for cafés, restaurants, hospitality, retail and beauty brands, from a first logo to a full rebrand of a business that has outgrown its old one. Each identity starts from one clear idea and is carried through to the places your customers actually see it.

What the work can include
Every project is scoped to what the brand needs. A new café might need everything below; a business with a loved name might only need a sharper logo.
Logo & logotype
The main mark, plus a monogram or symbol when the brand needs one, like the Byblobel window-and-sail B or the Carneo seal.
Arabic & English versions
Both scripts designed together, so the name reads well and looks like one brand in either language.
Colour & typography
A palette and type choices made for the brand, with clear roles for headlines, menus and small print.
Signage & interiors
Storefront signs, illuminated signage, counters and menu boards, as in Root, Carneo and Balcony Burgers.
Printed pieces
Business cards, stationery, menus, cards, coasters, tags and bags: the things customers hold.
Social media
Post templates and campaign visuals so the brand looks consistent online from the first post.
Arabic and English, designed together
Working from Beirut, I design names and logos in Arabic and English side by side, so both versions feel native and belong to the same brand rather than one being translated from the other.
How a project runs
- 01
The challenge
We start with what the brand is up against: who it's for, who it competes with, and what has to change if it's a rebrand.
- 02
The idea
One clear thought the whole identity is built around, like Root's linked letters growing from a still centre.
- 03
The mark
The logo, logotype or monogram drawn from that idea, refined together until it feels right.
- 04
The system
Colour, type and patterns applied to real touchpoints, so you see the brand on a sign, a cup or a post, not only on a white page.
- 05
Handover
The final logo files and the agreed applications, organised and ready to use.
Questions clients ask
Can you redesign my existing logo?
Yes. Carneo, Merci Market and Balcony Burgers in the portfolio are rebrands: each case study shows the previous logo next to the new identity. A rebrand keeps what customers already love and fixes what holds the brand back.
Do you design logos in Arabic and English?
Yes. Working across Arabic and Latin scripts is central to the studio. Loqmet Setti, for example, is built around a hand-drawn Arabic logotype with bilingual labels.
Do you work with clients outside Lebanon?
Yes. The studio is based in Beirut and works with clients in Lebanon, the Gulf and internationally, remotely.
What do you need from me to start?
A few lines about your business, who your customers are, and what you need: a logo only, a full identity or a rebrand. Any existing material and a few brands you like help too. Send it on WhatsApp or by email and you'll get a reply with next steps and a quote.
Have a brand worth building?
Tell me about your business and what you need, and I'll reply with next steps and a quote.
